Our extended warranty plans are both preventative and maintenance based however if occurrences scale into larger problems we have the expertise and resources to support our customers. We also include a free home inspection at the onset of enrollment and provide 24 HR Emergency services. - If a leak or clog in a line is identified, contact our 24/7 Customer Service Line, a PPPoC customer service rep will dispatch a local, qualified plumber/contractor who will contact you directly.
- The plumber/contractor will assess the issue and immediately start the process to repair the service.
- Once all repairs are completed, the final bills are sent to PPPoC.
- All payments for covered repairs are paid directly by us.
